You can buy presale tickets to the World Championships online at smsticket, at the Ostrava Information Center or at the on-site ticket offices. We recommend buying tickets in advance, you’re saving your time.
- Tickets are day-long, always for all matches during the given day.
- You can buy tickets to the WCH at a voluntary price of at least 50 CZK per playing day.
- When you enter the arena you receive a wrist paper bracelet, allowing you to leave and return to the arena between matches all day long.
- Purchased tickets cannot be returned
- Tickets (paper bracelets) are not transferable.
- DP (disabled person) and their escort have free entries (necessary to present DPIC – disabled person identification card while entering the arena). The tickets for DP cannot be purchased in advance.
- Children up to 140 cm have free access with an adult escort. However, they can also pay for admission.
- Seniors over 65 years of age have free admission.
- Tickets are sold for seating, without assigning a specific location. We will settle you in a nice place. We do not make seat reservations. If you want a seat according to your wishes, we recommend timely arrival to the arena
- Tickets are for direct sale only, reservations cannot be made.
- By purchasing the ticket you agree with the organizing rules of conduct in Ostravar arena.
From the “voluntary” admission, we will buy the necessary equipment (sledges, para hockey sticks, fitness machines) for para hockey athletes to have the opportunity to develop both themselves and this attractive Paralympic sport.
During the WCH you can also win attractive prizes e.g. Toyota hybrid with a weeks’ or weekends’ worth of fuel, etc.).
We will add a map of the arena, entries for the public with cash registers, a map for disabled people.
